Position Overview:We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager – Sales who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, lead conversion, and lifecycle management of student enrollments. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the sales funnel—from lead generation to onboarding—while also managing a sales team focused on delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Experience in education counseling, aviation, or ed-tech sales will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:Revenue Generation & Sales Strategy• Own the sales revenue targets and ensure consistent growth through structured follow-ups and strategic outreach.• Execute aggressive sales plans focused on student conversions for international flying schools.• Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.Lead Management & Conversion• Manage the complete lead lifecycle: from inquiry, counseling, and documentation to enrollment and visa assistance.• Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.• Use CRM systems effectively to track leads, student progress, and conversion metrics.Student Lifecycle Ownership• Guide students and parents through the entire journey—right from initial counseling to post-admission coordination with schools.• Ensure smooth onboarding, visa processing, fee payment, and pre-departure briefing for students.• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement.Team Leadership & Performance Management• Lead and mentor a team of junior sales executives to drive revenue through effective lead handling.• Monitor team performance and coach them on sales strategies, objection handling, and consultative selling.• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement incentive structures aligned with team targets.Collaboration & Coordination• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, documentation) for seamless student onboarding.• Work closely with overseas partner schools to align intake plans, requirements, and student handovers.• Provide strategic input for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.Data & Reporting• Maintain updated records of inquiries, applications, conversions, and revenue in CRM systems.• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity.• Use insights from reports to tweak strategies and optimize lead conversion efficiency. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related fields; MBA preferred.• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and revenue generation—preferably in aviation, education, or study abroad sectors.• Proven ability to manage sales funnels, drive conversions, and exceed revenue targets.• Strong knowledge of student counseling, admissions, and documentation processes.• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales data analysis.
