About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day Human Resource operations within the office, including employee reporting, handling queries, resolving escalations, and conducting salary-related discussions.
2. Lead the recruitment process for any organizational requirements, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
3. Drive collaborations with partners, institutions, or other organizations as part of HR-related initiatives.
4. Actively participate in HR operations for both internal organizational needs and client-related requirements.
5. Foster a positive, engaging, and fun-learning environment in the workplace to encourage productivity and employee well-being.

Requirements

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred, but not mandatory).

• Experience:

  No prior experience required, freshers are welcome.

• Skills:

• Advanced communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Personality:

  Positive, approachable, and willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
