Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Binni Construction Private Limited, located in Silchar. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills. As a Human Resources Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing all HR management tasks. You will be actively involved in recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your qualifications should include experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, as well as Employee Relations skills.
