Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Bleep Education's reach. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and sales skills to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads for training and internship programs.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, students, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Pitch Bleep Education’s offerings effectively and convert prospects into customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies.
  • Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain records of sales performance and report progress to management.
  • Travel as needed for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per policy).
