We are looking for an HR Executive who can strengthen our talent pipeline, enhance employee experience, and support our people operations end-to-end.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and core HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and employees, owning end-to-end processes across hiring, documentation, compliance, and culture-building. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people-facing work, operational clarity, and driving a positive employee experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end hiring for roles across eCommerce, marketing, operations, strategy, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, define skill expectations, and create accurate JDs.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, internal references, and other talent channels.
  • Conduct screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage evaluation feedback.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, track role closures, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Strengthen employer branding through effective candidate experience and outreach.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new hires with teams and processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Draft HR letters including appointment, confirmation, appraisals, and exit documents.
  • Manage employee lifecycle records and HRIS inputs.
  • Support statutory compliance and coordinate with external consultants where required.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
  • Conduct periodic feedback sessions and document workplace insights.
  • Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal-related documentation.
  • Help foster a transparent, collaborative, and growth-driven culture.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering hiring metrics, HR operations, and engagement indicators.
  • Track and analyse recruitment timelines, joining ratios, and retention trends.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of HR, talent acquisition, or people operations experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, trackers, basic analytics).
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in consulting firms or fast-paced startups.
  • Exposure to HRMS/ATS tools and modern recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to plan internal events, L&D sessions, or culture-building initiatives.
