Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Kota. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and contribute to workforce management and development initiatives. The role will require close collaboration with other departments to support the achievement of organizational goals and maintain an inclusive, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Kota
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) are a plus
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is beneficial
