Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Gurugram – Sector 60

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage HR operations, documentation, onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Induction

Prepare onboarding kits and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Issue laptops/assets and maintain proper allocation records.

Explain company rules, policies, guidelines, and holiday list to new employees.

HR Operations & Documentation

Assist in monthly salary preparation and maintain accurate HR records.

Manage documentation and maintain complete data of employees in an organized and updated manner.

Draft and issue offer letters, experience letters, and salary slips.

Ensure proper filing and updating of employee information, documents, and reports.

Employee Engagement

Coordinate internal activities such as birthdays, last working days, and festival celebrations.

Client Coordination

Communicate with major clients for HR-related requirements and support.

Recruitment

Handle recruitment as per requirements including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and employee data management.

Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
