From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our Insights feature today tells how much and where you’ve been spending automatically, even on your other savings accounts! Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

What you will do at Jupiter:

Business Partnership & Advisory

  • Partnering with line managers to understand business goals and workforce needs.
  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Assist in workforce planning and forecasting to ensure resource availability.

Employee Relations

  • Handle basic employee relations issues (attendance, conduct, grievances).
  • Assist in investigations and documentation for disciplinary or grievance matters.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support in rolling out performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals).
  • Track completion rates and provide status updates to managers.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain and update HR metrics (headcount, attrition, training hours).
  • Prepare regular HR reports for the HRBP and business leaders.
  • Support HR audits by ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Policy Implementation

  • Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding.
  • Assist in implementing new HR policies, procedures, and change initiatives.

Culture & Engagement

  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for employee feedback and escalate themes.

Requirement

  • 2–4 years HR experience in a high growth consumer facing tech start up.
  • Basic knowledge of employee relations,engagement, and performance management processes & expertise in HR data management
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/HRMS platforms and comfort with HR data reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information discreetly.
  • High attention to detail, strong time-management and prioritization skills.
