Job Summary: As a Performance Marketer and eCommerce Manager, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on optimizing performance across various channels, including Meta Ads, to achieve revenue targets. Optimize the online customer experience through website enhancements, ensuring easy navigation, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools to analyze website traffic and user behavior, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
