Job Summary: As a Performance Marketer and eCommerce Manager, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives with a focus on optimizing performance across various channels, including Meta Ads, to achieve revenue targets. You will also manage our eCommerce platforms, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience. Optimize the online customer experience through website enhancements, ensuring easy navigation, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness. Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Utilize analytics tools to analyze website traffic and user behavior, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates.
