Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, fostering positive employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, conducting employee orientations, supporting performance management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
