Role Overview

Social Media Marketing Fresher

ideating and scripting short-form videos

You’ll collaborate with our creative and ad teams to craft content that performs, not just looks good.

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends, formats, and viral hooks across Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Write short, punchy

  video scripts and captions

  that grab attention and retain viewers.
• Visit client locations for

  shoots, reels, interviews, and storytelling content

  .
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to plan weekly content calendars.
• Conduct

  competitor and trend analysis

  to keep every brand ahead of the curve.
• Analyse engagement and performance metrics to identify what’s working.
• Bring creative ideas that break the routine and drive real traction.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who

  lives on Reels, YouTube, and TikTok trends

  and knows what’s catching fire this week.
• Excellent command of English and Tamil (bonus if you can think in both).
• Passion for storytelling, humour, and emotion in short-form videos.
• Comfortable being on-site with clients (for shoots, content direction, and coordination).
• Basic familiarity with Canva or any editing tool is a plus.
• Graduate (any discipline) with a

  creative mindset and marketing curiosity
