Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
• Support in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools.
• Assist in creating graphics, short videos, and other multimedia content for campaigns.
• Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas to improve content strategies and increase follower growth.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
• Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
