passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer


Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer (Fresher), you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Managers, and Video Editors to design compelling visuals for social media, ad campaigns, and marketing collaterals. You’ll get hands-on exposure to working with real brands, crafting designs that perform, and building a strong creative portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for

    social media posts, ad campaigns, stories, reels thumbnails, and emailers

    .
  • Work with content and marketing teams to

    translate ideas into clear, visually appealing designs

    .
  • Maintain

    brand consistency

    across all design outputs.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and design directions.
  • Stay updated on

    design trends, typography, and colour theory

    .
  • Take feedback positively and iterate quickly.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

    , and

    Canva

    (basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of

    layout, colour, and typography

    .
  • A portfolio or academic project samples that demonstrate

    creativity and attention to detail

    .
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
