Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and design scalable TA strategies(see the generated image above).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, selection, and offer rollout(see the generated image above).
• Drive employer branding across LinkedIn, job portals, and career fairs(see the generated image above).
• Analyse hiring metrics and optimise recruitment funnels(see the generated image above).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)(see the generated image above).
• 2+ years HR experience, including 1+ years in a TA-focused HRBP role(see the generated image above).
• Proven success in recruitment, business partnership, and employer branding(see the generated image above).
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills(see the generated image above).
