As we continue our fast-paced growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation. Role Overview: The HR Head will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company’s rapid growth and organisational objectives. This role will oversee all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, people management, succession planning, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in driving growth and change in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute plans for talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard top industry talent. Build a strong employer brand to position Crystals as an employer of choice. People Management & Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and high performance. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention. Succession Planning & Development: Identify and develop future leaders through effective succession planning strategies. Create development programs that prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles. Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems that provide clear growth paths for employees. Ensure performance feedback is continuous, constructive, and aligned with organizational goals. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with labor laws and industry regulations. Mitigate risk through proactive compliance audits and effective conflict resolution processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Expertise in talent acquisition, succession planning, people management, and strategic HR leadership. Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
