Senior Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Noida. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, and managing recruitment and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include supervising HR staff, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting workforce development, managing conflicts, and evaluating employee performance. The role requires leadership in maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

• Strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff retention strategies
• Expertise in organizational development, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• SHRM or other HR-related certification is an advantage
