Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, careers page).
  • Source and screen candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt updates and feedback.
  • Maintain candidate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in internship programs, career fairs, and recruitment events.
