Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, careers page).
Source and screen candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt updates and feedback.
Maintain candidate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Assist in internship programs, career fairs, and recruitment events.
