Human Resources Executive

TVF is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team in supporting and executing core people functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, BGV, HRMS updates, induction, and coordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth onboarding experience.

• Draft and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documentation.

• Monitor and update HR trackers, MIS, and SOPs regularly.

• Execute recruitment processes from sourcing to selection.

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely closure of HR services.

• Assist in HR audits and ensure policy compliance.

• Assist for exit process including clearance coordination, full & final inputs, access revocation, and exit documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks with adherence to defined TATs for onboarding, documentation, exit, and other HR processes.

• Address employee queries and provide timely resolution.

• Spearheading any other tasks allocated on time-to-time basis.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

• Strong in documentation and data handling

• Ability to prioritize workload, balance multiple tasks at once, and attention to detail.

• Hands-on with HR tools/systems and MS Office tools

• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and ensure seamless workflow.
