Job Summary

The HR Executive (Recruitment) will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for Transnational AI. This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting the company’s HR initiatives and maintaining a strong employer brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR rounds.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking reports.
  • Support in drafting and publishing job descriptions for various roles.
  • Assist in creating a strong employer brand through social media and career events.
  • Handle offer management, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth workforce planning and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in HR process improvements and initiatives to enhance the recruitment experience.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in IT, AI, or technology domains).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
