Position: Human Resources Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
* Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
* Build strong pipelines through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Onboarding & Induction
* Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
* Ensure smooth documentation, joining formalities, and system setup in coordination with IT.
Employee Engagement & Retention
* Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
* Address employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Support managers in maintaining a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Maintain employee records and manage HRMS data accurately.
* Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll data.
Performance Management
* Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
* Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and feedback sessions.
Policy Development
* Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with company goals and local labour laws.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT or tech environment.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and HR best practices.
* Familiarity with Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Competitive, based on experience.
