Role Overview

The Paravet Sourcing Executive will be responsible **only for identifying and sourcing Paravet candidates** through various channels and sharing suitable profiles with the HR team for further processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source Paravet candidates through:

 * Veterinary and animal husbandry colleges

 * Diploma institutes and training centers

 * NGOs and animal welfare networks

 * Job portals and WhatsApp groups

 * Field references and referrals

* Reach out to potential candidates and share basic role details.

* Collect CVs and basic candidate information (qualification, experience, location, salary expectation).

* Perform **basic profile screening** as per defined criteria.

* Share shortlisted profiles with the HR team on a regular basis.

* Maintain a simple sourcing tracker (names, contact details, source).

* Follow up with sourced candidates for interest confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education: Graduation in any discipline.

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment support.

* Prior exposure to field hiring, healthcare, or NGO recruitment is an advantage.

Skills Required

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Ability to build contacts and networks.

* Familiarity with WhatsApp groups, job portals, and college outreach.

* Organized and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate

* Immediate joiner.

* Comfortable with field-level sourcing and coordination.

* Interest in animal welfare is a plus.

Salary:
