HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  Onboarding:

  Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration.

  Training & Development:

  Support training initiatives, track participation, and assist in implementing employee development programs.

  Employee Relations:

  Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and supporting engagement activities.

  HR Operations:

  Maintain HR records, update employee databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• 🔄

  Process Improvement:

  Assist in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• 🚀 Handle end-to-end HR activities with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
