Role Description


The HR & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and office administration. This role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and administrative activities while maintaining a professional and productive workplace environment.


Qualifications


·        Handle end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.

·        Prepare HR documents (offer, appointment, warning, exit letters).

·        Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and share payroll inputs.

·        Support inductions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.

·        Address employee queries and assist in performance reviews and compliance.

·        Manage exits including notice tracking, handover, and F&F documentation.

·        Oversee daily office operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

·        Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor coordination, and travel bookings.

·        Handle meeting room scheduling, courier management, and front-desk support when required.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and HR tools/HRMS.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work with minimal supervision.
