Corporate Trainer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions across various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work through comprehensive training programs tailored to the company’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs (online and in-person) for employees across all levels.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and identify training needs based on job roles, performance data, and company goals.
• Facilitate soft skills, leadership, process training, compliance, communication, sales, and customer service training sessions.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to align training with organizational goals and performance objectives.
• Prepare educational material such as training modules, manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on training program outcomes and progress.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Corporate Trainer or similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Ability to assess training needs and deliver results-driven programs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in conducting training in a corporate or BPO/KPO environment.
• Familiarity with POSH, workplace ethics, time management, and diversity training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
