Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on new employee orientations, Induction Training, CAD software, SaaS platforms, and other relevant IT software.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content, with a focus on technical accuracy.
  • Record training videos for on-demand access by employees, ensuring clarity and technical detail.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and meetings for maximum participation and effectiveness.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to address specific skill gaps, especially in technical areas like CAD software and SaaS.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation sessions for smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Explain company policies, procedures, and best practices to employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in software training, SaaS, and content development, for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads, HR, and technical teams to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
  • Able to work flexible shift timings depending on requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role, with a strong focus on IT, technology, and software training.
  • Proficiency in training software such as CAD and SaaS platforms, with significant experience in content development.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels, particularly in technical subjects.
  • Proficiency in recording and editing training videos is desirable.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
