Role: Empaneled Corporate Trainer (Project-Based) We are seeking experienced corporate trainers to partner with us on project-based training assignments across multiple locations. Trainers will be empaneled and engaged as per project requirements, commensurate with industry-standard. This role is ideal for seasoned facilitators who work effectively with mid-level to senior professionals, particularly in manufacturing and operations-led environments. Key Requirements: 10+ years of overall work experience in manufacturing/ training Minimum 500 hours of training delivery experience Proven experience in delivering: Leadership development programs Behavioral and soft-skills interventions Capability-building or managerial effectiveness programs Demonstrated ability to engage and influence mid-management and senior leadership cohorts Location & Travel Primary locations include Pune, Mumbai, and other cities across Maharashtra and Gujarat Open to trainers who are willing to travel for program delivery Engagement Model: Empanelment-based association Project-wise engagement and payouts Opportunity for repeat assignments based on performance and client requirements
