UI UX Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Architect to lead the design vision and user experience strategy for our real-time, AI-powered SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-grade CRM systems, design systems, and real-time user interfaces. This role will be pivotal in ensuring design consistency, user satisfaction, and the scalability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Strategy & Architecture

- Define and drive the end-to-end UX architecture for large-scale SaaS and CRM platforms.

- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

- Translate product vision into intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences for diverse user personas in large enterprises.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate business needs and technical requirements into seamless interfaces.

- Work with Agile teams to iterate designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.

3. Real-Time Application Design

- Architect UX patterns for real-time applications including dashboards, alerts, and dynamic user interactions.

- Optimize interfaces for performance and responsiveness across various devices and usage environments.

4. Research & Usability

- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing with enterprise stakeholders and end users.

- Integrate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years in an architect or leadership role.

- Domain Expertise: Strong portfolio in real-time web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.

- Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), and prototyping tools.

- Design Systems: Proven ability to design and scale component libraries and systems for reuse across product lines.

- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Design Thinking practices.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present design rationale to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with AI/ML-enabled user experiences or data-driven design.

- Familiarity with B2B marketplace or insurance/healthcare CRM solutions.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and localization.
