Job Description

UI UX Architect Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred Proven experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration Coding Skills : JavaScript, C#, MVC and HTML5 & CSS3 are required Understanding of UX/UI design, including usability, responsiveness and ADA compliance is required. Preferable: Familiarity with 508 and WCAG guidelines. Experience with Deque AXE tool Experience with NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access) tool Experience with Chrome's WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation) tool Other Qualifications: Able to communicate clearly with UX team and module teams, during design meetings as well as assistance with coding and bug resolution Willing to help with Standards & Guidelines documentation (both updates and additions) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good presentation and communications skills to share product knowledge with peers, customers and management Good personal computer and business solutions software skills Good organization and time management skills Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to switch between tasks quickly Ability to anticipate problems, deal with and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action.
