We are seeking an experienced SAP Warranty Professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP warranty processes and a proven track record of managing warranty claims effectively. Responsibilities Analyze warranty claims and processes within the SAP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve warranty issues. Develop and maintain warranty reporting metrics and dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on warranty processes in SAP. Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Identify and implement process improvements related to warranty management. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in SAP modules related to warranty management. Strong understanding of warranty processes and policies. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly in the Warranty Management module. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to warranty management.
