Human Resources Executive

MarySadan is a leading PWD ‘A Class’ contractor executing major road construction and infrastructure projects across Kerala and Karnataka. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support HR operations across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance Support

Assist in compliance with Indian Labour Laws including Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, and related regulations. Support documentation, filings, and coordination during inspections.

Talent Acquisition

Support end-to-end recruitment for site staff, engineers, and blue-collar workforce including sourcing, screening, and coordination with site teams.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

Act as a point of contact for basic employee concerns and site-level issues. Escalate complex IR matters to senior HR.

HR Administration & Payroll Support

Maintain employee records, collect and verify attendance data from sites, and assist in payroll processing and employee life cycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam or Hindi
