Job Summary

HR Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
Maintain and update candidate and employee records
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, documentation, and employee records
Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications
Support employee engagement activities and internal coordination
Help in compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

Internship or training in HR or recruitment
(added advantage)
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
Interest in IT recruitment and technical hiring
