Job Title: Network Support Engineer (CSP Certified Administrator) Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3–6 years (preferred) Department: IT Infrastructure / Cloud Services About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Support Engineer with CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) Certified Administrator credentials to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting on-premises networks while also administering cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. This is a hybrid technical support role requiring both networking expertise and cloud service management experience . Key Responsibilities: 1. Install and maintain equipment: Set up, configure, and maintain network hardware like routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. 2. Monitor network performance: Analyse network speed and stability, and troubleshoot issues 3. Manage user access: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights 4. Implement security measures: Use security tools like firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection system 5. Back up data: Regularly back up data to protect it 6. Create and maintain documentation: Write technical support documentation for network systems and applications 7. Recommend upgrades: Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades 8. Optimize network storage: Work with cloud-based storage options and physical organization solutions 9. Provide technical support: Provide second-level technical support to users Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. CSP Administrator Certification ( Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator). Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs , and firewall concepts. Analytical skills to identify network problems and determine solutions Knowledge of access points, routers, and switches Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
