Chief Technology Officer

Pathika Metals Pvt. Ltd., established in 2019 and based in Kerala, is engaged in the metals and minerals sector with a focus on mining and resource extraction. As part of its growth and innovation strategy, the company is in the process of establishing a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) department to enhance its mining operations. This initiative aims to drive advancements in exploration techniques, improve extraction efficiency, ensure environmental sustainability, and promote safer mining practices. By investing in R&D, Pathika Metals seeks to stay at the forefront of technological innovation in the mining sector while aligning with regulatory standards and long-term sustainability goals. -Education: PhD / M.Tech in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Mineral Processing.

-5 plus years experience in mining/metallurgy R&D or industry operations.

-Proven record of innovation, patents, or leading R&D projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹105,000.00 per month
