About the Role We’re looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer who can build, scale, and maintain modern web applications. You should be highly comfortable with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) while also being proficient with Next.js (frontend SSR/SSG) and Nest.js (backend structure). Beyond coding, you should bring strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a solid understanding of deployment and version control best practices. Core Technical Skills Frontend : React.js, Next.js (SSR/SSG, API routes, optimization). Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and component-driven architecture. Responsive UI design, TailwindCSS/Styled Components, and integration with design systems. Backend : Node.js with Express.js and Nest.js. RESTful APIs, GraphQL (bonus). Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Database design & queries with MongoDB (and basic SQL familiarity a plus). DevOps & Deployment : Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution, code reviews). AWS basics (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or DynamoDB). CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Docker (bonus). Design & Collaboration : Comfortable navigating Figma for design handoff and implementation. Can translate wireframes into pixel-perfect components. Additional Qualities We Value Problem-solving mindset with an eye for scalability and performance. Strong debugging and testing skills (Jest, Cypress, or similar). Good understanding of software architecture & clean code principles. Communication skills for working in cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies quickly. Ownership mindset, from concept to deployment. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points) Experience with microservices or serverless architectures . Exposure to CI/CD best practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
