Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with exceptional expertise in software development and a strong command over both software and hardware ecosystems. The CTO will play a critical role in driving the organization’s technology vision, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring continual innovation across digital platforms. This role demands strategic leadership, deep technical excellence, and strong business acumen to support long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy & Leadership

  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve the organization’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Actively contribute as a core member of the senior management team, providing strategic inputs and decision-making support.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across software, hardware, and emerging technologies.

Software Development Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end software development with strong hands-on and architectural expertise in:
  • .NET MVC and modern .NET frameworks
  • Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks)
  • AI, Data Science, and Analytics platforms
  • Other enterprise and digital platforms
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, performance, and security.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in development lifecycle, DevOps, testing, and documentation.

AI, Data & Emerging Technologies

  • Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, data science, and automation to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.
  • Translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and evaluate their relevance to the organization.

Infrastructure, Hardware & Systems

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware systems, networking, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
  • Maintain a strong balance between on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities with a proven ability to build, inspire, and drive high-performing technical teams.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop future technology leaders within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Vendor Management & Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations with vendors, partners, and service providers for digital tools, software licenses, and platforms.
  • Ensure maximum value, cost efficiency, and ROI from all technology investments.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party tools and technology partners.

Planning, Forecasting & Governance

  • Accurately project and forecast current and future IT needs based on business growth and technology trends.
  • Prepare and manage technology budgets and resource planning.
  • Establish technology governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.

Continuous Improvement & Proactive Measures

  • Take proactive measures to improve systems, processes, and team productivity on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify risks early and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • Drive continual enhancement of technology capabilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in software development, with strong expertise in .NET MVC, front-end technologies, and modern application architectures.
  • Proven hands-on exposure to AI, Data Science, and advanced digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of both software and hardware systems, infrastructure, and networking.
  • Prior experience as part of a senior management or leadership team in a previous organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in IT planning, forecasting, and strategic execution.
