SQL Database Administrator

Experience required: 2 to 3 Years

1.) Manage and monitor SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance availability, and security.

2.) Check SQL Server Logs for unusual events weekly

3.) Remove indexes that are never used.

4.) To monitoring sql server current running queries and optimize based on load

5.) To Monitoring long running queries information and optimize based on load

6.) To Monitoring SQL server CPU and memory resource information

7.) Index creation for larger and most accessbible table in upcoming days

8.) Monitor and tune database performance by analyzing query execution plans, optimizing indexes, and configuring server settings.

9.) Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure continuous system availability.

10.) Analyze database growth patterns and forecast future database capacity requirements, recommending appropriate hardware and software upgrades to support business needs.

11.) Implement and maintain database security protocols, including user access controls

12.) To monitor the Maintenance jobs status and take action whenever job fails(dbcc ,backup,integrity,Validation )

13.) For best I/O performance, locate the database files (.mdf) and log files (.ldf) on separate spindles to isolate disk access patterns

14.) Monitoring usage, transaction volumes, response times, concurrency levels, etc.

15.) Backup and Recovery Management

16.) Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement

17.) Promptly apply security patches.

18.) Perform database migrations to newer versions as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
