Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Experience: 5+ years of complete Finance and Accounts India workflow as a Charted Accountant.

 Supervising the activities of the accounting teams in all the group companies.

 Implementing and managing accounting systems and processes.

 Preparing & submission of monthly financial reports to the Management

 Reconciling income statements.

 Preparing budget reports.

 Detecting and preventing financial loss & fraud.

 Managing the overall financial operations of an organization.

 Providing financial advisory services.

 Offering tax planning guidance to all group companies

 Oversee Payroll work for all companies

 Liaising with banks

 Liaising with Auditors for completion of Audit

 Monitoring of AP/AR

 Preparation of agreements & forms wherever required

 Preparation of SOPs as and when required

 Attending ISO Audits

 Lead the team and train the junior staff

 Ensuring filing of all Statutory returns in time

 Ensuring compliance with company Policies & Regulations

 Able to work under pressure

 Maintain Confidentiality on all official & financial matters

 Reporting To AGM ( Finance) & Internal Auditor regarding submission of accounting reports and other allied activities

 Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
