HR Leadership & Operational Excellence Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the existing HR team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture. Manpower Planning & Strategy: Conduct strategic workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization is optimally staffed to meet present and future demands. Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and rigorously enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure strict adherence to labor laws and reflect company values. Business Partnership: Participate actively in regular business reviews, presenting key HR insights, metrics, and strategic recommendations to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Employee Relations: Oversee performance management cycles, manage complex employee relations issues, and support organizational learning and development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification a plus). 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
