Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will oversee various HR processes, including managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and handling overall human resource management tasks. The role also involves aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensuring a supportive and compliant workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and workplace support practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with compliance and employment law is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
