Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kukatpally. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and drive employee relations initiatives. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR practices, supporting workforce planning, maintaining employee engagement, and contributing to a positive organizational culture. This role involves collaborating with management to address HR needs while fostering a supportive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge of Employee Relations and proven skills in handling employee engagement and conflict resolution
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR Policies
• General knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, compliance requirements, and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR tools and software is a plus
