Job Description

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage confirmation, transfers, and separations as per policy.
  • Support in issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.

Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Track attendance, leaves, and regularization requests.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for inputs such as attendance, overtime, deductions, and new joinees.
  • Address employee queries related to salary and benefits.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and communication campaigns.
  • Support employee welfare and well-being activities.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment process
  • Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee database and personnel files accurately
