Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in the Mohali district. The Recruiter will handle activities associated with sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing requirements. Responsibilities include developing job postings, conducting interviews, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining talent acquisition metrics and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing skills, with experience in job postings and talent acquisition
• Screening and interviewing techniques, including the ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trends
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in educational or university recruitment is a plus
