Basic IT Support * Handle minor and major bugs in our software and client software directly or with the support of the development team. * Ensure timely resolution of recurring technical issues. 2. Server Maintenance * Manage server performance including uptime monitoring, **performance optimization, and **disk backups to internal hard drives. * Report anomalies and ensure all systems are updated and protected. 3. Software Installation & Configuration * Set up and configure essential applications for internal teams and clients. * Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth and secure deployments. * Ensure software version control and update logs. 4. Backend Coordination * Act as the technical liaison between operations and the development team. * Track and report bugs, collect logs, and assist in root cause analysis. * Assist developers in testing patches and updates. 5.
