Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated software engineer Coordinator to provide comprehensive technical support across software, server, and client service operations. This role requires hands-on problem-solving for both in-house and client-side software, managing server performance, installing applications, supporting the development team, and delivering user training. A working knowledge of .NET and Angular frameworks is essential for troubleshooting and coordination with developers. Key Responsibilities:*
1. Basic IT Support
* Handle minor and major bugs in our software and client software directly or with the support of the development team.
* Ensure timely resolution of recurring technical issues.
2. Server Maintenance
* Manage server performance including uptime monitoring, **performance optimization, and **disk backups to internal hard drives.
* Report anomalies and ensure all systems are updated and protected.
3. Software Installation & Configuration
* Set up and configure essential applications for internal teams and clients.
* Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth and secure deployments.
* Ensure software version control and update logs.
4. Backend Coordination
* Act as the technical liaison between operations and the development team.
* Track and report bugs, collect logs, and assist in root cause analysis.
* Assist developers in testing patches and updates.
5. Client Training & Support
* Provide initial onboarding and software training to new clients.
* Offer continuous support via calls, emails, or remote sessions.
* Prepare and maintain client help documents and training guides.
6. Internal Training & User Enablement
* Train internal staff on new software features, updates, and best practices.
* Build knowledge sessions for efficient use of systems across departments.
7. Development & Debug Support (.NET & Angular)
* Understand the architecture of our .NET and Angular-based software.
* Assist in identifying and debugging front-end and back-end issues.
* Support the development team in minor code analysis and issue simulation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, coordination, or software troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of .NET and Angular* technologies is a must.
* Strong understanding of IT systems, software installation, and server basics.
* Familiarity with debugging tools, issue trackers, and coordination platforms.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
