Role Overview

Factory Medical Officer (FMO)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  OPD consultations

  and provide

  symptomatic treatment

  for employees.
• Deliver

  emergency medical first aid

  on-site, as required.
• Provide

  occupational health counseling

  and

  health talks

  for employees.
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory health requirements

  and assist in audits/documentation.
• Maintain accurate

  medical records

  and reports as per company and legal standards.
• Liaise with organizational stakeholders for health-related communications.
• Travel to client factory sites (field visits as per schedule).

Requirements

Skills:

• Effective communication and counseling abilities.
• Knowledge of occupational health practices and compliance.
• Ability to handle emergencies and first aid.

Other:

• Must be comfortable with

  field visits

  .

• Own car with valid driving license

  preferred.
