Role Description:

• Run the full recruitment relay as source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard!
• Decode JD mysteries with hiring managers (yes, sometimes their dream candidate IS a unicorn).
• Hunt for talent on portals, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp groups, and carrier pigeons (okay, maybe not pigeons).
• Keep our candidate database (ATS) so organized even Marie Kondo would be impressed.
• Schedule interviews, follow-up, rinse, repeat. (We believe in polite persistence.)
• Build a pipeline so strong, even the monsoon can’t wash it away.
• Support our employer branding, join job fairs/campus drives, and bring the pep to promo campaigns.
• Measure what matters: time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and prepare reports that spark ideas.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Min 1 year experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills.
• Job portal wizardry & sourcing tools, even social media sleuthing.
• Multitasking boss. You don’t drop balls, you juggle them.
• Knows basics of labor laws, HR policies and compliances.
• Real Estate / Prop-tech / Tech recruiting background (product, sales, marketing)
• Campus or bulk hiring experience.
• HR software / ATS skills.
