Job Purpose:
To act as the HR point of contact at the site, responsible for driving employee engagement, welfare, communication, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR processes, builds a positive workplace culture, and supports business continuity by partnering with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Design, plan, and execute site-level engagement activities, town halls, celebrations, wellness drives, and CSR initiatives.
• Conduct regular pulse checks, feedback sessions, and action planning to improve employee morale and workplace experience.
• Promote organizational culture, values, and diversity initiatives at the site.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee connect and drive retention efforts.
2. HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and shift management.
• Handle HR audits, MIS, and monthly HR dashboards.
3. Employee Relations & Communication
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct employee one-on-one connect sessions, skip-level interactions, and grievance redressal meetings.
• Facilitate transparent and proactive communication between employees and management.
4. Compliance & Welfare
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance related to employment laws, labour welfare, and site-specific HR norms.
• Oversee site welfare facilities such as canteen, transportation, and safety awareness programs.
• Coordinate with administrative to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
5. Performance & Development Support
• Support managers in the performance management process (goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews).
• Identify training and development needs through engagement surveys and feedback.
• Collaborate with L&D teams to facilitate workshops and learning sessions at the site.
6. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present periodic reports on engagement scores, attrition, manpower, and HR operations metrics.
• Use data insights to drive targeted engagement and retention interventions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both engagement and operations (preferably in a site/plant environment).
• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR processes.
