Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and inspire our HR team in India. This senior leadership role will drive all core HR functions - Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance & Safety, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Strategic HR Planning - ensuring a high-performance, engaged, and compliant workforce. You will report directly to the executive team and partner closely with leadership to align HR strategy with Droidal’s business goals as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels and drive employer branding initiatives. Training & Development: Build continuous learning programs and career pathways that enhance employee skills and engagement. Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation, rewards, and benefits policies to motivate and retain key talent. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all HR processes and policies comply with Indian labor laws and safety regulations. Payroll & HR Operations: Oversee payroll processes and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability. Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture; resolve conflicts effectively and manage grievances professionally. Strategic HR Planning: Align HR priorities with Droidal’s business goals; forecast future workforce needs and implement HR initiatives that support company growth. People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team to deliver results with integrity and excellence. Qualifications & Experience: 12 to 15+ years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role Proven expertise across HR domains: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Compliance Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements Experience working in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or healthcare company is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field Why Join Droidal?
