Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare AI SaaS Location: Chennai/Coimbatore Type: Full-time About Droidal Droidal is a fast-scaling Healthcare AI SaaS company focused on transforming Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for healthcare providers and RCM firms. Our proprietary AI agents automate complex tasks across intake, coding, claims, and collections - reducing overhead, improving accuracy, and accelerating cash flow. As we expand across the U.S. healthcare market, we’re looking for a proven Business Development Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts, drive pipeline growth, and build a high-performance BDE team. Overview As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a scalable outbound sales strategy, generating qualified opportunities, and building and leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). You’ll work closely with the CEO, sales managers, and product team to drive strategic growth and revenue in the healthcare provider space. You will work based on target. Key Responsibilities Own and execute Droidal’s business development strategy for Healthcare Providers and RCMs Identify, engage, and qualify new enterprise prospects through outbound channels Build a repeatable, metrics-driven pipeline generation process Develop messaging, outreach cadences, and lead qualification standards tailored to the healthcare market Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing BDEs Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product to shape pitch narratives and demos Track and report KPIs using CRM and sales tools (eg: Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Work with leadership to inform pricing, territory planning, and market expansion Represent Droidal at webinars, and client-facing initiatives Qualifications 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, with at least 3 years targeting Healthcare providers or RCM firms Proven success in outbound sales strategy and pipeline development Experience building and leading a team of BDEs Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape and RCM processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with AI or automation solutions is a strong plus Show more Show less
