As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources practices and processes in alignment with the organization's overall goals. Your strategic leadership capabilities will be essential in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive the company's success. Your strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of HR best practices will be key assets in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the overall business strategy, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR-related matters. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce, implementing talent management strategies to ensure optimal role placements. - Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction, while also creating and executing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring consistency and fairness in their application. Qualifications and Experience: - A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in a large, complex organization with a minimum of 500 employees. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
